Coping with Life Support Group
We all struggle with stress and worry sometimes and might need a bit of help to cope with it.
Coping with Life is a short 4 session support group that provides you with tools and techniques on how to increase resilience, become more assertive, and help manage worry and stress.
Coping with Life sessions run every Friday from 1 to 2 pm and can be accessed either in person or online.
Please note that to participate with the sessions you would need to have had an initial assessment appointment with us first.
