Safe Space is North Lincolnshire Mind's late night support line that can help you manage thoughts of self-harm, low mood, and anxiety.
Trained mental health support workers are here to listen non-judgmentally and offer support for anyone who is struggling with their mental health.
If you are struggling and need support call us any evening, including bank holidays, from 4pm until midnight on 01724 279 500.

We accept self-referrals, as well as referrals from other agencies.
