Confidential Listening Service
Our free Confidential Listening Service is a 1 to 1 service for people who struggle with mild to moderate and more common mental health issues like depression and anxiety.
Service users have a scheduled weekly appointment with a support worker where they can talk in confidence and discuss any issues they may have and explore effective ways of coping.

Student Counsellor Service
Our free Student Counsellor Service is also a 1 to 1 service for people with mild to moderate mental health issues. Our volunteer student counsellors listen non-judgmentally and support you to learn more about your feelings and emotions.

Counselling can help you identifying strategies and tools to improve your overall mental health.
Referrals for our Student Counselling Service will be screened by one of our support workers and allocated accordingly based upon current presenting needs.

Please note that our volunteer Student Counsellor Service is not suitable for people with certain mental health issues.
